"We made very positive experience with the TINA primers. We use them for routine genotyping of our genetically modified mice. Since we use TINA primers we have no more problems with one particular PCR reaction which gave us always very faint and not specific bands. With TINA primers the product of the PCR reaction is very specific and the reaction itself is much more robust. The band is easily detectable on the agarose gel. Usage of TINA primers made our routine more reliable and faster!"

"Using a demographic and population genetics approach enables a better understanding of the diversity of life history traits of algae and the implications for the evolution of algal species. This is one of the main themes of the BEDIM team at the Station Biologique de Roscoff. Microsatellite markers with IRDye modified oligonucleotides for automated DNA genotyping on LI-COR systems have been used until recently. We have replaced the IRDye by DY-682 and DY-782 labeled primers without modification of our protocols and the results are always good qualities!"
